👋 The Story

Hi, I'm Tushar — Founder of NomadWallets

I'm Tushar, the founder of NomadWallets. I'm from India, and like a lot of people, my path changed completely after COVID. What started as a traditional job turned into a much bigger shift: working online, building independently, and figuring out how to make location-independent work actually sustainable.

Since 2021, I've worked across multiple online businesses and projects — from building games and digital tools to freelancing, guest posting and publishing in the digital nomad space. Along the way, I kept running into the same problem: there was endless content about where to travel, but very little honest, practical information about how to manage the financial side of this lifestyle properly.

Banking across countries, avoiding unnecessary fees, understanding taxes, choosing the right visa path, handling payments in multiple currencies, and finding tools that actually work — this was the stuff that mattered. But most of the information online was either too generic, outdated, written only for Americans, or disconnected from how digital nomads actually live and work.

So I built NomadWallets to be the resource I wish existed earlier: a practical digital nomad finance hub focused on banking, payments, taxes, visas, insurance and financial tools for people building a life abroad.

NomadWallets is built on a simple principle: be practical, be honest, and never pretend this lifestyle is simpler than it is. If something changes, we update it. If something is unclear, we say so.
